Kathleen Cooney

Kathleen Cooney is President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Marret Asset Management Inc. Kathleen has over 15 years of financial service experience holding progressive roles in the areas of trade support, fund accounting, investor relations, and compliance, for both Canadian banks, and hedge fund institutions.

Throughout her career, and since originally joining Marret in 2005, Kathleen has focused on enterprise risk management and has implemented systematic changes in keeping with the evolving regulatory environment.

Kathleen holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
